Counselling for child and youth (5-18yrs)Session Policy: - Mandatory parental consent is required for all youth under 18, including both signatures (where possible). - A parent/guardian/caregiver intake session is required before we will proceed with a child & youth appointment. - Documentation of custody agreements/guardianship is necessary for youth whose parents are separated or divorced. Please contact us to discuss further.

Works with youth 13 years + and adults. Special interest in supporting: - Trauma - Substance use - Communication and dealing with conflict - Emotional management, regulation, and awareness - Depression and anxiety - Obsessive thinking - Self-harm and suicidal thoughts

I employ a client-centered approach to counseling because I believe that you are the expert in your own healing journey. With active listening, empathy, and unconditional acceptance, I support you in exploring both the inner and outer workings of your environment to help determine the next steps in your wellness path. I primarily work with youth aged 13 and older.

Together, we will navigate these challenges in a safe and supportive space, empowering you to find healing and growth. Your journey is important, and I’m here to walk alongside you through it.
